Travel trailers are hot in summer and bitter cold in winter. There isn’t much you can do about that, it’s the nature of the thing and something you’ve got to live with, if you decide to live in a tin box.

I do whatever I can to keep the temperature at a bearable level – even a gain of five or ten degree is a big deal when you wear thermal underwear to bed.

The first thing I did was tape plastic over the windows and check the seal around the door. Next I replaced the light weight “summer curtains” with heavy weight acrylic fleece curtains (made from material bought at Wal-Mart) to further block drafts and keep the heat in and the cold out.

My trailer has two ceiling vents, one in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. These are great in summer to let the heat out, unfortunately during the winter months they let a lot of heat out and cold in.

I cut two pillows from a four inch thick piece of foam bedding. These were cut slightly larger than the space for the vents so they could be pushed into place and held by friction.

From an old emergency space blanket, I cut pieces large enough to cover the pillows on all sides then neatly folded and taped this over the pillows forming a reflective cover. They are easily removed if needed and should keep the heat in and cold out.

Travel trailer doors are poorly insulated and have single paned glass, as a result they aren’t very energy efficient. I taped plastic over the windows. I hang a heavy wool blanket over the door during cold snaps.

I also lined the walls inside the closets, shelves and under my bed with reflective type insulation. This is the first time I’ve used this type of material, so I can’t guarantee the performance, the reviews I’ve read were positive. A Trademark can be registered by filling in Form No-1 provided by the Trademark registration office. There are various forms available at the registry for different type of trademark registration such as service mark, collective mark, etc. The application has to be filed in the Trademarks registry office in the territory according to the place of business. The place of business here means the place in India where the proprietor is carrying on his business. If he is carrying on business in more than one place, then the place of business would be principal (i.e. headquarter) place of business in India. If the person is not having a place of business in India but has a residence in India then such place of residence would be his address for place of business in India. In case, who has no place of business in India then the applicant shall need to provide an address for Service in India.

The applicant has to provide details such as proprietor name, place of business and address, first date of use of trademark, the trademark name used or proposed to be used, the court which would have the jurisdiction in case of any infringement, any translation or transliteration of the trademark name (if any), copies of representation of trademark, etc., and other details required in the form. After filing, the Trademark office shall issue an application number for the Trademark filed for which registration is pending. After receiving the application number, one can use TM next to the Trademark name, for e.g. INTEPAT™. Once the registration is complete one can use r in a circle next to the registered trademark name, for e.g. CADBURY®.

Any modification or amendment can be made to the application for Trademark registration even after its acceptance by the Trademark registry office. The Trademark registration office after accepting the application shall advertise the trademark application for opposition. Thereafter, after receiving appropriate evidence the Registrar may decide whether the applied trademark can be registered or not.

• Particulars of the trade, occupation or business of the proprietor

• The scope of the registration i.e. class of the goods or services

• The convention application date(if any)

• If the mark is collective or certification mark or any other mark

• The registration is done with the consent of the proprietor

• The appropriate office of the Trademarks registry in relation to the trademark.

Thereafter, a Certificate of Trademark registered is issued in Form no-2.

The whole procedure for registration may take approximately 18 months or more from the date of application.

Officially these beautiful and colourful Parrots have two sub species, the Congo African Grey is usually about 12 inches long. It has a black beak, light grey feathers with red tail feathers. The second sub species are slightly smaller with a darker more charcoal grey colouring and dark maroon tail feathers.
