The Andes Mountains are one of the most popular tourist destinations for this country, along with the adobe town of Chan Chan, and Calipuy National Sanctuary.
Another great holiday Peru region is Moquegua, found in the southern part of the country. This region is wonderful for people who are interested in peace, quiet, and solitude. The Ubinas Volcano is one of the hottest tourist spots in the country, and is the most active volcano in Peru. There is a large amount of grape, alfalfa, and other fruits that are grown in this country due to the richness of the soil and altitudes, making it very important for trade.
